Our company specialises in various types of audit and legal fee insurances.

We have developed four (4) different insurance policies to suit all needs.

At this website you’ll find information and documentation on:

1. Audit Protect – covers external professional fees incurred by an insured in responding to or defending against any form of Government audit of any previously lodged returns with relevant government authorities.
2. Audit Legal Protect - covers external professional fees incurred by an insured in responding to or defending against (A) any form of Government audit of previously lodged returns with relevant government authorities and (B) legal proceedings arising from commercial disputes.

Audit Protect and Audit Legal Protect are underwritten on a ‘claims made’ basis.

There are two (2) ‘mirror’ insurance policies underwritten on an ‘occurrence’ basis, namely Fee Insure and Fee Insure Plus.
